General Information: The images displayed on the website reflect reality; however, in certain cases, the product shades may vary slightly due to the photography process or monitor settings. You will always be informed if a product is in stock or not. The products sold through this website are handmade, individually crafted, not part of a mass production process, which makes Le Atelier products unique and may present small imperfections. The products are not intended for resale. The prices displayed on the site are in RON and include VAT, valid at the time of accessing the respective page. Le Atelier reserves the right to change prices at any time without notice. Placing an order on the website www.leatelier.ro implies the obligation to pay the value of the ordered products. To this end, you will be redirected to our collaborators' website for the collection of payment data.

Payment Methods:

• Payment can be made by card, online, through the secure payment methods available on the site. Accepted cards are those issued under the VISA (Classic and Electron) and MASTERCARD (including Maestro, if they have a CVV2/CVC2 code) logos.

• In cash, only if the order was picked up from the workshop or delivered by a Le Atelier SRL employee who presents the order invoice and delivery note.

• By bank transfer to the company's account, and for the delivery of the order, the client is required to send proof of payment by email to leatelier.ro@gmail.com.

User Comments on the leatelier.ro Website Users who access the leatelier.ro website can comment on the products offered, which may be published on the site after prior approval. zenoelectric.ro reserves the right not to publish comments with illegal, obscene, threatening, defamatory content that disturbs in any way the privacy of others, infringes intellectual property rights, contains viruses, texts representing mass emails, or any other form of spam. SC Le Atelier SRL will not be held responsible nor can it be compelled to pay any kind of damages for any damages caused by such comments or electronic communications, as they are offered under the same limitation of liability as the rest of the site's content, according to the articles. In case of sending information other than those related to the buying/selling process of products or references about a product, it is considered that the user grants Le Atelier SRL and its partners the non-exclusive, unlimited, free, irrevocable, and transferable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, as well as the right to distribute it by any media anywhere. The user guarantees that they have all the rights over the content they can transmit by any means to be published on the site or not, so that by using this content, they do not cause harm to any other person.

Delivery Policy: Products ordered on the Le Atelier website will be delivered within 2-5 working days from the completion of the order. If the delivery time is longer, you will be contacted by email or phone. The delivery cost is not included in the product prices and will be calculated separately. For deliveries in Romania, the cost depends on the county you are in. Delivery can be made by Le Atelier employees if the products are too bulky, too heavy, or too fragile, or they can be delivered by a courier, and the cost will be communicated by email or phone. Le Atelier is not responsible for damages or losses caused by courier services but will ensure that the products are properly packed and protected for the safest transport possible.

Return Policy: You have the legal right to return an order without penalties within 7 calendar days of receiving the product. The product must be returned in the same condition it was received and presented in the photos on this site. The archive with all the products made will be kept. The product must not show signs of bumps, scratches, or any damage to its structure, composition, or texture. Before returning, it is necessary to inform us by email at leatelier.ro@gmail.com about the reason for the return, and the return shipping cost to the workshop address will be borne by the customer. Custom-made products are not eligible for return/exchange.

Newsletter Subscription and Unsubscription: Subscribing and unsubscribing to the leatelier.ro website newsletter is free and implies acceptance of the following terms of use. The messages sent are not unsolicited, and you can unsubscribe at any time by following the instructions at the bottom of each email. The messages sent comply with the Electronic Commerce law regarding commercial communication as stipulated by domestic and international legislation. The use of the newsletter is under the same conditions of liability limitation in terms of content as the site usage, under the conditions provided by this document, and the privacy policy is described in detail in the following section. Le Atelier SRL holds all rights to the content of the newsletter sent to subscribers under the same conditions as for the information published on the site, in accordance with the provisions of this document. Newsletter subscribers can forward these commercial communications to others at their own risk and provided they have not altered the structure or content of the respective messages. People who have received commercial messages from leatelier.ro newsletter subscribers are considered to have been informed in advance by the subscribers about the provisions of this article. Final Provisions Any other issues caused by the products and services presented on leatelier.ro and not already addressed by any article in this document will be resolved amicably within 30 working days from the date of written notification of the problems by the customer. If the conflict could not be resolved amicably, the competence belongs to the Romanian courts or an alternative dispute resolution body agreed upon by both parties.
