3. Duration of Data Processing

leatelier.ro will process your personal data for as long as necessary to achieve the processing purposes mentioned above.
If you are a client, we will process your data for the entire duration of the contractual relationship and thereafter in accordance with legal obligations (e.g., financial accounting documents, which must be kept for 10 years from the end of the financial year in which they were created).
If you are a client and choose to delete your user account by clicking the "Delete Account" button in the "My Account Information" section, we will interpret this action as your choice to unsubscribe from receiving commercial communications about products and services offered through the site.

If you choose to delete your user account, we will no longer send you such emails and/or SMS messages.

However, we would like to inform you that deleting your account does not automatically delete your personal data.

If you request account deletion but have an active order on that account, the deletion request will only be registered after the products are delivered and the last active order is completed.

We do not rent/sell your personal data to third parties.
